"I believe that UX/UI is one of the most important aspects for a company like UNL as we have a direct impact on the customer’s user experience. There is a short attention span in maps and location-based products, while on the other hand, there’s a huge information overload in which receiving and sharing information are ever-changing. This makes UX in navigation one of the most dynamic and visual spaces to work in.

UNL solutions help people and businesses to find their way in places that lack accuracy and precision, and it is my and the UX/UI team’s responsibility to make this complex task into an uncomplicated and intuitive process for our users. My goal is to help users to find the right information at the right time and place through a seamless customer journey."
